Weekly fan collapsing emergency?
Lol could be, I think something happened with one of our subs warming up. The Hull fans seem to think they are Galatasaray ultras now they are Turkish owned so said something scary to our sub. Welcome to Hull!!

Hull seem likely to be top half, at least mid table

Yes they could have easily equalised after the injury shake up, but much of this game has felt very straightforward and comfortable, without us playing well

More indications for me that there's a big gulf between us and the majority of the division

That's pleasing, getting the first away win is pleasing. Got to build on it now and continue improving the way we impose ourselves away from home

Hull City have tried to play football, playing it to feet and it's actually helped us, our defence has looked comfortable all day.

They've not quickly lumped it up (Egan's weakness) or quickly put the ball in the mixer relying on luck. It's been all too deliberate and slow.
We've defended brilliantly but it's all been in front of the defence and they've never committed many men forward.

They're a decent team trying to play nice continental style football.
Think they're a work in progress., upper mid table this season but might be challengers for promotion next season.
However it's been a professional and easy win in the end.

3 points today is all that matters. not our best performance. Norwood has gone for prime Pirlo to pub league in the space of a week.

What an excellent battling away performance against a tough side. Could have been more comfortable if we took some of the excellent chances but then Hull missed a few so score probably about right. Shame about Lowe as we looked far better with him on the pitch, especially when it was directly caused by that appalling corner routine that also fucked us against Watford. This squad really is impressively balanced and full of depth. Hecky has done some excellent transfer business along with some excellent work on the training ground with existing players such as McBurnie and Ndaye. Happy days.

Thought we dominated from start to finish- everyone played well. In the end it was easy- Hull= Very poor.

Doyle not hiding in midfield helps massively- Norwood was fine,

Ndiaye = worth a fortune.

Not at our best but we didn’t need to be. Hull were slow, unimaginative and niggly. We were deserved winners and didn’t really give them a chance after HT.

RND carried on good form and was my MOTM. Norwood after the break. Thought Doyle was very busy and looks an upgrade on what we were getting from Fleck.

My only complaint about the second half was how much it dragged with endless lengthy stoppages.

Onwards and upwards. Another very winnable game to come next week.

Usually when Norwood messes up, it does him for the game but today he managed to get through it and perform ok after it. I think he should get a bit of credit for that.

We didn't play that well but we won away to a team that's won all its home games this season, weve got a clean sheet against an attack that contained the league's leading scorer, I think Lowe's injury and the subsequent swap at the back didn't help one jot resulting in a couple of cock ups, for me ndiaye was the mom and he lasted a whole match (of 104 minutes) all in al a very satisfying Sunday afternoon

Faultless away performance that. Enjoyable stuff. UTB.

Were thaa Kay Cee Wetwang in Flashing Blade??
I dunt know ought abart Kay Cee or Flash but the period after the last big stoppage, N-D could have put the ball out for a throw in rather than give it back to Hull, same after juggling trick, just cleared it away to edge of penalty area back into Hulls possession. Good job they weren't good enough to capitalise from it
Up the blades. The defense played well but some of the clearances under pressure were crap.
