Yep, they’re always tricky those open goals from two yards.Unfortunately it was quite awkward for Mousset, as it came from Brewster missing running into the six yard box and putting it wide. THAT was the golden opportunity!!!
Totally agree on the formation. Berge was poor first half but looked much better in that central role. Brewster Burke Moose as the front three.I can’t remember a game when I’ve seen so many gilt edged chances. If we’d scored half of them we would have been 3-1 up.
No confidence in the team and we need to change the system now. 3-4-3 and with Lundstram and Berge in the middle for me. Brewster and Mousset up front, McBurnie works hard but just can’t score.

Just shows what a lot of meaningless cobblers these stats are. Indicative of how, thanks to SKY, US style analysis is polluting our game.1.32 vs 3.32 on xG. And we didn't score. Fuck me.
Its not really meaningless though is it? It just shows in stats where we need to improve i.e. finishing chances. We created plenty tonight and could have won comfortably.Just shows what a lot of meaningless cobblers these stats are. Indicative of how, thanks to SKY, US style analysis is polluting our game.
Berge is an enigma. He's a decent enough player but he doesn't have anywhere near enough impact on a gameAm I the only one that doesn't rate Berge? Showed some good points but a poor clearance for their goal and several poor touches, doesn't look like good value, would love to be proven wrong.
Brighton last season.I've still yet to see Mcburnie shoot without scuffing it. His technique and composure is awful
One swallow etcBrighton last season.
I'm fully expecting a second before he retires. One swallow etc
