I jest of course, but seriously it cannot be argued that frequent firing of managers, in itself, causes poor performance.When you have billions you could train a cat and they have half a chance.
What's more, there's some cause and effect getting mixed up there too. Poor performance obviously leads to shorter tenure, and vice versa.
We can agree that, on the whole, consistency is preferable to the opposite.
