The manager can't be blamed for sitters missed or the Ref bottling it in the 12th minute.
BUT, the first half team selection and performance were diabolical and that is his fault. How many times this season have we just turned up for 45 minutes, made loads of bang average and on occasion, really poor teams look good.
That is the managers fault!!
Things have got to change at the Lane and if that starts at the top so be it.

Loads of people talking about 3 CB last time out.
Many stating Hjelde should get a start.
Many advocating Burrows and Seriki to be used as wing backs.
Many stating Soumare is more aggressive and effective in centre mid.
That was the first half.

Tanga was fucking shite in the first half and decent in the second.

Bamford missed a sitter - at least one.

Match stats suggest we should have come away with a 2-3 nil win.

But tacktix, innit?

Let’s not forget he bottled it in the second half Brookes should have got a second yellow

December 9th we played Norwich after thumping Stoke a few days earlier, in a great performance. We were poor and drew 1 all. We were on 23 points and Norwich 14 points, with 20 games gone.

As of today Norwich are on 58 points and we are on 51, after 41 games. In 21 games we have gained 28 points and Norwich 44 points. They were in the bottom 3, and are now 6 points from the playoffs. They have won 17 and lost 17: whereas we have won 15 and lost 20, almost 50% of the games played.

Their manger has done a brilliant job, after taking on the job after about 7 games, whereas apart from a purple patch of just over 2 months, we have been extremely poor. Both players and manager are to blame. With a wage bill of £26 million our current run of form is atrocious, we have a midfield and attack that cannot convert chances. A midfield that cannot protect the defence, and a defence that cannot stop conceding, plus 2 goalkeepers who cannot do their jobs properly. Allied to a manager who seems unable to coax better performances and results from them, and all we get are the same excuses., and a revolving door of players unable to last 90 minutes. With most of our team being unfit and inconsistent.

CW has until December to sort this out, and if not I am ready to vote for his removal. With 20 defeats, no wins in last 6, with only 3 points taken, including throwing away leads I have had enough. It’s only on his past record that I am willing to give him to the end of the year, but that is it.
