Has anyone suggesting Beattie starts actually seen him play this season? Saturday summed up his net contribution to the season as a whole - off the pace, ineffective, missed a complete sitter. If Porter and Cresswell are fit there is absolutely no way he should be on the pitch on Saturday. I don't doubt his attitude but he's clearly not anywhere near what's required for this division, and we'd be better off putting someone like Philliskirk on the bench.
 
I am more than happy to wait until 5pm Saturday to see what we need to do.

Hmmm, Philliskirk. Who other than him, Cress, Porter and O'Halohaloranoran could be considered as an option up front. Any of the sprogs?

We have played 4-4-2 all season so I can't see DW changing the shape of the side now

I think we will need pace down the middle at some stage but I think he might start with Porter and Cresswell then bring O'Halloran on to run at them for the last 30 mins. I think the rest of the team will be exactly the same(maybe Taylor if Hill injured)

but this is the only way our defenders need extra cover (Just Hill needs cover) and we don't have another stiker to play 4-4-2

no taylor should pay instead of hill

Cresswell is a must start for me then perm one from the others. O'halloran may have a chance of a start due to his pace and if I recall correctly,Stevenage were not that quick in central defence.

As you say that was back in the autumn. Then they had a chance of being promoted they played us after two wins in a row,now they are a different side they sit 2nd from bottom, 5 points from safety if they fail to win at Carlisle on saturday will be relegated before they play us.

Philliskirk plays in the resevres Ironside is in the youth team do put cut tht down to just Porter,O'Halloran,Cresswell,Beattie but beatie and Porter are tribble, so only two left cressy and O'Ha
 
Experience may well count in the last two games. Quinn and Willo supplying the balls into the box and we will create the chances.

Backs against the wall but we will deliver imo

Is anyone seriously suggesting that BT would be a decent option? Have you seen him play this season? For the good he's done Wilson might aswell play me upfront!!

Hopefully Cresswell will be able to play, think I'd go with O'Halloran to partner him, he didn't look too bad on Saturday, certainly better than Beattie anyway!!

Cresswell injured, Evans sent down, Pigs a point behind, Hoskins injured. How much fucking bad luck can we have in a week?

hello, Quinn has made a contribution that has directly led to a goal in 3/4 of the games he's played in. For Flynn, that's down to less than a third.

I know which one i'd rather have in my team..
