HELP NEEDED~ Could you please help with a survey about SUFC?

Hello Blades fans~

I am an Information Management postgraduate student at the University of Sheffield. I have produced a survey for my dissertation research which focuses on how effective SUFC is in providing suitable information to fans and as well as their marketing strategy. This research is ethically approved by Information School, the University of Sheffield.

I've filled it in, but it is traditional to point out the flaws in all students' surveys. So here we go:

I will continue to support the Blades if the team make more effort in the future. You can infer different things from an agreement or disagreement with the statement. Ambiguity.

Do you have anything you want that the Club have not provided yet?

How can a person want for something they already have?

Do you know that there are several fan working groups of the Club?

At best, a rather strange wording.

SUFC pays attention to hear from fans.
