Help..I need a ticket for..

..the Spurs game.
Just got back from holiday last night and I had left my "mate" instructions to get me a ticket once my day off work had been sorted, this was confirmed yesterday morning.
Needless to say he failed and Im facing missing out.
I know it is a long shot but you would earn eternal gratitude, and a decent wad in your pocket.
 



As others have said, there should be quite a few 'returned' by Spurs fans who don't want to risk getting kicked out.

From OS:

Sheffield United believes that a minority of Tottenham Hotspur supporters may have purchased tickets for next Wednesday's Capital One Cup semi-final second leg in home areas of Bramall Lane, which contravenes ground regulations.

Any Spurs fans who have purchased tickets in home areas of Bramall Lane are urged to contact the United Box Office on 0871 995 1889 before 4pm on Tuesday 27th January and the Club, in an attempt to minimise any potential disturbances, will switch any bought tickets to the away end in an area previously reserved for segregation.

Should any Tottenham supporters be found in home areas of the stadium on the night, then they will be ejected by stewards and not re-admitted to the stadium.

Hope you get a ticket Digger but leaving it to a "mate", come on!

You will be please to know I got mine weeks ago, I believed.
 
I know 56 but I was refused the day off work initially and had to wait until yesterday morning before it was confirmed. Should have bought one anyway I suppose.
I got back late last night and was confident of getting one thinking that if it did sell out it would have happened early next week with it being on TV.
Yes Ive been sloppy but will be gutted if I miss out, even if we don't go through.

Will let you know if I hear of one (?) going spare but after yesterday don't think anyone will miss it
 
Ye I've made the same mistake mate. Left it too late now. Trying to beg steal or borrow to just get one ticket. I usually borrow a blokes spare season ticket near me but obviously it won't work for cup match :( sad times
 
I couldnt get a ticket for the away game at L**ds in Oct 1991 so a L**ds supporting ex-workmate got me a ticket to sit with the home fans. i wanted to go home after we were losing 4-0 early in the 2nd half but that would get the partisan L**ds fans to be suspicious of me... we then made a good fightback and it was 4-3 with about 10 mins left and my heart was beating faster!!! We were threatening to score the next goal but it didnt happen

Apparantly some Spurs fans have had there tickets cancelled . Spurs have shared their database and supporters have been identified in the home areas. Basically what Chessie did to us

Bit harsh on the lad that mate,surely it would be easier for anyone of us to sit on our arse and watch it on the box would it not? I personally credit the lad for wanting to go,it would be so easy to sit at home.

It's an interesting one that - they've basically skipped the queue which the other Spurs fans who patiently waited their turn didn't. What if it turns out there are thosands of them...still, the more there are it means there's fewer seats for segregation eh!

It was a bit harsh Wiz, Im steel reeling:(
Emailed the box office again and Im "high up on the list" but chances are virtually non existent.
Not totally given up hope and will be outside the ground from about 4pm asking anyone and everyone if they have a spare.
If I fail its off to a boozer near the ground, maybe I will hear the cheers.
Anyway all you lucky ones inside give it all you have and roar the lads on, they deserve it.

Like he says though,he didn't know if he had the day off work,he could just not bother about going and watch it on t.v,but the lad wants to go instead,i can't see nothing wrong with that myself.

Not promising but I may be able to get hold of 1 or 2. I'll should know more later or tomoz.
