Hecky out

Starting to see the Leeds and Hibs version of Heckingbottom.

Rode the wave of the ‘new manager bounce’ but the performances have fell off a cliff in the last few weeks.

If you can’t motivate a team to go out and get three points in a must-win game against relegation fodder in front of 29k+ then that says an awful lot.

A few wins ago we were saying it’s not. We need to believe in the team and we’ll be fine. It is a shit league, so let’s not kid ourselves but we’ll be in the PL next year. Mark my words!

You might have been…..I’ve thought its been wank since christmas. I’ve held out hope that we would eventually show some quality and look half decent, but we havent.

The year we went up under Wilder, this team would have really struggled to keep up the pace.

If we win, best team ever, going up, pack your bags. Give all the players new contracts.

If we lose, players are shit, sell them all, they don't care about the club

Worse than a playground.

When did we last lose at home?

I have thought Hecky was a limited manager since day dot who had the honeymoon bounce

Done a good job but we have been abysmal for a long while

We rely on Berge&MGW to win us matches we have no tactical plan and he can’t motivate players today is proof of that

I’m sure he is a good bloke and a good youth manager but a good manager I’m not sure

Fallowfield is right for once, I support hecky all day long but I think we can now see his limitations on the tactics front.😪😪😪
It's not rocket science:

Hecky's abysmal track record at Leeds & Hibernian endorses he is useless as a manager. He is only manager at Sheffield United because the obese Saudi wanted a CHEAP OPTION.
5 year contract, what a total joke !!!
.

Getting outsmarted by Paul Ince is enough reason alone to sack him.

Going into the last few games of the season you need an experienced manager who’s been in this situation before, who knows how to get his team over the line.

We’ve got a manager who’s achieved nothing.

Osborn looking busy as usual but so one footed the Reading defenders just kept him passing backwards most of the time. God knows why he played on the right.

MGW, too many bad decisions today, bit of a shocker. Trying too hard or just selfish?

Hecky has to take responsibility today for fielding a shite team and setting us up shote.
But steady on, it's one game out of how many.
Injuries have done us n'all.
he’s got it wrong at Cardiff Preston Huddersfield Coventry Stoke Derby the bloke is rigid as fuck with his formation and tactics
Why did he make those changes at half time only to move Osborne to RWB and keep 3 centre backs
He then had his love child and Norwood both sat deep meaning Berge was being dragged back to pick the ball up our last 20 yards
Should have gone 4 at the back at half time

For formation we play we need full backs and forwards with pace and we don't have any so not sure what we were expecting tbh. We have been riding our luck at home. It was only a matter of time before someone best us
Pace isnt the issue - ability is the issue. Ollie burke had pace but hes one of the worst footballers i have ever seen. Baldock is rapid but hes equally shocking these days

He's achieved getting us into the top six under difficult circumstances and a team that needs revamping -except the owner doesn't see it that way!

Pace isn’t the only issue but it is clearly one of our problems. We are always open to the counter attack and our own attacks are so slow that opposition defenders have ages to get set.

First name on the teamsheet against Bristol City on Monday though.

Yeah?

Probably not as he was clearly injured

I’d play Ndiaye & MGW however it appears Hecky doesn’t like Ndiaye

Probably because he is a creative player which if far too much for Hecky

I don't think many folk mind losing at home. It happens. It's always about the manner in which that defeat comes.

Today, it was pitiful. Woeful. Weak. Pick any other term.

We have had games where we've looked very good. Then we have Coventry Stoke and today where I think we're showing our true colours. It seems the games when we're good are flukes.

He achieved reverting back to what the previous manager was doing, nothing more.

He did what anybody with half a brain would’ve done, but when push comes to shove and the pressure is on in the midst of a promotion push he’s no good at all.
