Joe Starbuck the rightback we picked up from Grimsby. Given he’s just watching rather than getting involved it’s probably the first time he’s trained with the seniors and he’s just getting a feel for it. Andre Brooks is in the video briefly earlier on as well.

What stood out was the intensity, McCall demanding everything was done quickly, not just the passing drills, but transition to each 'excercise' get another ball, go on quick, now get another ball,, get that cone, quick, fetch me that cone, quick come on!

Looked pretty intense, pretty sure nothing was lost in translation, my take on it was the comparison between Heckys comments and Slavs, Slavs often quoted I/we want the players to be braver, when passing the ball, I might well be wrong and reading between the lines re Heckys demand to get the ball back,, but he more or less said, when the pass goes astray, react get the ball back, he wasn't putting pressure on finding the perfect pass, sounds more like at some point its not come off, dont stop, worry, instead react and get it back

Compared with previous behind the scenes videos of training the intensity seems to have been stepped up, even to the goalkeepers, the 3 sets of goal posts set up next to each other, not something I have seen before

Yeah I think we’ll see a difference on the pitch whether it works or not who knows but it’s going to look very different
