Fleck / Norwood / Berge

Khadra / Coulibaly/ Arblaster

Surely we've got to give it a go as the usual suspects haven't delivered consistently for two and a half seasons now, albeit there have been injuries along the way. We can't keep doing the same things with the same players. As the saying goes "If you do what you have always done, then you will get what you have always got." In our case an inconsistent midfield with 0 threat to opponents who create a gulf between themselves and the strikers and offer them nothing in support or creativity.

Yes, yes and FKIN Y.E.S....but it'll be a no from those more qualified than us

Sell Berge for qhat we can get he looks no where near a 20m player a few nice passes and the occasional run is not good enough. 15m will get us 2-3 quality players that will want to be here
Absolutely. If the Norwegian international manager is serious about not taking him to the World Cup unless he leaves us then it'll only be a matter of time until.he does anyway. Let's not leave it until close to the end of the transfer window when it's too late to sign a replacement or reinvest the money. Sell him as he walks away on a free next summer anyway.

Take £15-18mil now and spend that on 2-3 new midfielders.

I can't believe West Brom got Swift and Wallace for free.

Norway didn't qualify Pal👍

Berge didn't look happy from start to finish, no sign of him in any kit release media. I'm one of those who think the guy is an absolute Rolls Royce and would love to see him give us one more season of top effort to get us up... but unfortunately he doesn't wear the red and white stripes of Sheffield united beyond the end of this window for me...

I really don't mean to be argumentative, but Rolls Royce? Sorry, the jury has been out on him for me, but if that's how he starts the season - one which has him firmly in the shop window - well, he's no Rolls Royce.

No one is going to be close to our valuation if he performs like that against decent opposition. It's ok bullying weaker teams at home, but Rolls Royce players step up the bigger the game/oppo...

Everyone thinks Coulibaly and Arblaster are going to come in and get joint PoTY. Not happening. They’ll look as out of place as Jebbo does.
They're miles off it yet. Our midfield has stagnated for 3 seasons now and desperately needs addressing but these two aren't the answer yet I'm afraid.

Yes he was in media pictures, on twitter earlier

Apart from him being in the kit release pictures

I've defended Berge in the past but that was unacceptable tonight.

If he’s nowhere near that level of player, why would anyone pay it?

If he's sold, he will absolutely shine in another team. He 100% needs more quality around him.
