Here's Oblivion!
Just buy better players then. Simples! We can lower the intensity but then the performances will be worse.

If that's true he needs booting out of the clubTrue, he tried to snap Sander but came off worse
If that's true he needs booting out of the club
Which is a shame because in matches I like him. But you cant have a wanker of a training ground liability like that
Yeah 100% but thanks for requesting clarification"High intensity" .... are you sure?
To a degree yes, but nowhere like the committment they were showing at the end of the season.I don’t agree with your last point. Both players were defending from the front from day 1.
Can I just point out before it gets out of hand that I completely made this upIf that's true he needs booting out of the club

Oh. Problem is, it's 100% believableCan I just point out before it gets out of hand that I completely made this up
He highlighted the training pitch as an issue. It is not completed yet.We have had players struggling with injuries prior to him taking charge.
Hecky seems to know why some of the recent injuries have happened.
"High intensity" .... are you sure?
We've had injury problems before !, All clubs have these problems from time to time, what with covid and the joke of a pre -season last year ,these problems were stoked up and we have paid the price over the last year.I think we’d have to see longer term how it pans out with us. It’s certainly not helped having to step up the intensity mid season when players should already be showing high fitness levels.
But as much as Hecky has said about the training pitches needing sorting, Billy has also countered this by reminding us all that the training pitches have been the same for years.
We also had the mini break that wasn’t a break over Xmas when other teams were dropping with Covid, we continued training for matches and the intensity over this period.
But I think the biggest thing is the number of games we’ve had to cram in and with a few injuries already reducing the squad numbers we’ve had to crack on with half fit players.
Hecky, like Wilder gets players playing at that high intensity so the risk is always higher for
Injury, but I think it’s a combination of all the above plus some luck which has played its part
I didn't see low intensity on Monday, let alone 'High'.McAtee referred to the level of intensity in his interview when he signed, he said "it's serious, if you're sloppy they get after you".
Could it be a case of poor pitch, high stakes high intensity training? If so how can we avoid that without losing the edge in matches?
Hecky has them at all his clubsWe've had injury problems before !, All clubs have these problems from time to time, what with covid and the joke of a pre -season last year ,these problems were stoked up and we have paid the price over the last year.
We don't from what I can see bring players back before they're ready! If anything we err the opposite way.
I assume pep would have looked at our training methods and found no problems otherwise the loans wouldn't have happened.
