Just opinion. Burnley don't have a locked in answer at left back. If Doughty from Luton gets a move they could be in as well
I guess we don’t know the financial position at Burnley do we. They spent a decent amount this season and they have that odd American ownership model there too.
We’re in need of someone in that position so I’d like to think we’d take a look at someone like Burrows. Right age and obviously a talented lad. That said McAnthony always holds out for top dollar doesn’t he.

Definitely seems to be too good for L1. 100% agree at him being the sort of signing we need, just may be that we need the players who are on the cusp of a breakthrough rather than having had it and being ready to move on

Burrows has had an outstanding season and will command a big fee on the back of it, not sure he’s one for us. I think we should be looking at Omar Richards who is currently on loan at Olympiacos and will probably be made available again in the summer.

Good shout, left back has been a real issue for us since Enda started his rapid decline. Be nice to get someone in we can work with for a few seasons

Would be brilliant signing. It would nice to have a wing back that can cross or at least try to

Definitely one we should go after. He's out of contract this summer as well but I think posh have an option for an extra year. Even if they take the option we might be able to get him cheaper with him going into the final year of his contract

If we signed Burrows (2nd highest assists in league one) and Ayling ( highest assists by a defender in the champ). It could be a centre forwards dream with all those crosses raining in. All we need is the centre forwards...
We won’t be able to get Luke Ayling mate let alone Burrows.

Here’s a video on the lad looking at his attributes

That backs up what my mate, who is a Posh season ticket holder, said when I asked about Edwards & Burrows;

“…Edwards wouldn’t let you down. Personally I don’t rate Burrows even though he sets up a lot of goals, his defensive skills aren’t the best…”

So his defensive stats are worse than Lowe's (who's generally played at a higher level)?
He may be slightly worse defensively but Burrows offers so much more going forward than Lowe. It wouldn't surprise me if Burrows had more goal contributions this season alone than Lowe will have in his entire career. Teams don't have to worry about our left side too much these days but having an attacking option from that side with Bogle's contributions from the right would make us much more balanced and give the opposition more to worry about.

Could say he's exactly what we need in championship when likely to dominate alot of teams and be in possession alot more.

Gerrimin is my personal opinion. We've needed an attacking LWB for ages.

Even RND if he comes back fit is pretty poor when it comes to crossing and shooting. (but is very good defensively)

We have had a great record in the Champ in recent years, without really having players who have strong delivery and crossing, so maybe I exaggerate its importance a bit, plus we don't know what sort of strikers we will have. But I do feel there is kind of a directness coming back into football again, we saw even from the Prem this season how strong teams are in the air and just the amount of players they stack up who can hit you with crosses from all areas. Bogle even at his best, is not a genuine wide player, he takes up these inside forward positions and tries to pass and carry the ball through. So having someone like Burrows on the other side, would give is a lot of options and balance and defensively he would have Robinson behind him for protection.
