• Josh Murphy, Oxford let that one slip through their fingers.
• Esteve and Brownhill, Brownhill's numbers speak for themselves and Esteve is just unbelievably good, should be playing top flight.
• Tom Watson, Wembley goal aside, he was the best player on the pitch that night at the Lane.
• Mihailo Ivanovic (Millwall), in terms of shrewd signings, this guy would be near the top, really impressed whenever I've seen him this season.

There are some really good players in the Championship and we need to be cherry picking the best ones to replace Hamer, Souza, Anel if any or all of these leave.

Plus loanees which can be from the PL as well and we can be a bit more flexible with them.

Anel - Harry Darling/Liam Kitching
Souza - Sam Field (not as good ability wise, but could do a good job)
Hamer - Anis Mehmeti

As for loans: Callum Doyle (Man City) and Romaine Mundle (Sunderland) would be a good start.

Included Mundle as I've seen a quite a few Sunderland fans who don't think he's good enough for PL, if that is the case I'd sign him on loan at least.
