So it could’ve been a conversation on a single day before or on the 15th July. If that’s the case, it’s strange that the source didn’t mention anything about Bogle leaving or Burrows, but mentioned Osula being nearly gone.

Those messages don’t really add up, so to me, they seem to be faked to prove ITK status.

This is the situation.

The Prince knows that controlling the media is essential regards returning/ encouraging a positive mood amongst Blades.

The Prince doesn’t want to go through official channels and prefers to drop truth bombs to his accountant and Jimmy Ramble because he trusts them to be responsible. For example Jimmy said his info says the takeover is close but he can’t give a date because it would just raise hopes, then he’d receive the backlash if it didn’t happen on the exact date he said.

As you say the Prince is not going to release the great news about Hamer if he’s about to leave.
