Agree. For the money they earn they can live the high life after their career is over in a short few years.
They’re still young enough to live a life only a few can afford and drink as much as they want.
Compare Lineker to Gaza, bother great talents, one’s career still going other makes money from documentaries on his lifestyle choices if anyone will listen to him.
Ched, an innocent idiot. If he’d stayed home with the girlfriend that night…..?

Hopefully understandable that I’ve sort of tuned out since the disappointment of a few weeks ago, but what’s the situation with Hamer at this point?

I left Wembley assuming he was as good as gone.

Whatever happens, as long as he doesn’t go to dirty Leeds I think I’ll get over it.

When at Huddersfield Rudoni said on a video that his boyhood hero was Lampard. He said he styled himself on Lampard. Now Lampard is his manager they stay behind after every training session and practice even more. It would now take a massive bid from a big club to tempt Rudoni or our club.

How much for a player who has just turned 24 that is English and made double figures in his 1st season with us from midfield and will start much stronger next season?

BTW still waiting for Hamer to be sold. We receive 10% of whatever he is sold for.

That was said before the start of last season when I said we had got a better replacement for O’Hare in Rudoni.

Saying that many football supporters are not good at spotting talent. We were told Huddersfield had us with our pants down at 4.5m 😂 If he starts off how he finished last season you'll be looking closer to 45m than 4.5m

Is it 10% of the price or 10% of profit? I'd wager it's the latter

More temptation here than Coventry in terms of quality eating options. After living there he must have felt like he’d won the lottery coming here.

If England don't improve very quickly it wouldn't surprise me if he gets offered the role. A Southgate type of signing but with more experience.

We're due 10% of the profit if/when Gyokeres moves and 10% of the total if/when Hamer moves.

1 was always going to move for a lot of money. The other had about reached his peak value.

Our side wasn't very good other than Gyokeres and Hamer. Both of them ran for 90 minutes a game nearly every game. He is still quality but could be much better. Maybe playing him out of position most of the time has made him just go with the flow.

Same goes for quite a lot of our players, I can think of a few that aren't exactly athletes. One thing's for sure, at least the fitness should be better than last season. I'm expecting Bielsa type football, players pressing like mad men all over the pitch for 90 minutes. No pressure Ruben!
