I just dont understand the attempt at creating a rivalry, we just wouldn't ever see Wrexham that way, so the twitter stuff with spurs that was aimed at us seems a bit silly to me..

We're just the biggest team they've played for some time, so I get it, but we're not trolled by Wrexham or owt in reality..

I admired Wrexham and the way they went about the tie, especially that first leg, they were great and held the romance of the cup aloft for the nation to see in a great contest, the crap on socials after that followed. It tainted the occasion somewhat for me..

We'll meet again, but find some actual rivals you can relate to, because it's not us.

Phew! I wish I'd kept my mouth shut now. I didn't say a word about rivals or anyone being rattled or anything else contentious!

Not really...just a light-hearted tongue-in-cheek reaction to everything that went on.

No real hard feelings towards Wrexham...but they did act like they were already playing Spurs even before the replay, which we won comfortably in the end

I think as Blades we’re all naturally a bit self-effacing (about our club at least) and see any kind of Billy Big Bollocks behaviour from clubs as being a bit sus. Especially when those clubs play in the National League and seem to think that because they have a couple of actors owning them, and a documentary that’s more about those personalities than the club itself, it makes them somehow important or a name to be conjured with.
