Good footballing countries we have never had a player from?

Didn’t we have a Japanese player on the wing a while back? Forgotten his name but maybe 90s / 00s?

I seem to remember him getting sent off one game and kicking off on the walk off, left the pitch at John street and walked all the round to the south stand via the mop as he was fuming…

Help me out team…
Sun Jihai I think that was, night game or maybe a late kick off on a Saturday maybe 2008 but he was Chinese who we had a few of in mid/late 00s

What about good players from good footballing countries

Sabella - Argentina (arguable)
Dellas - Greece

Crap countries that have represented United:

Haiti = Jean-Francois
Barbados = Ifill
Belarus = Katchuoro
Zimbabwe = Ndlovu
Malta = Bogdanovic

I'm gonna say Guinea Bissau , probably pointless as well

Going by FIFA rankings, Malta is 171st, Barbados 177th, but Pakistan (Otis Khan) are way down in 195th (which surly makes them by far the shittest country at football in the world by a mile given that they have at the very least a population of 100million eligible adult males to choose from - around 400 times that of say Malta and 1000 times that of Barbados!)

We had a player that I think joined the youth or development team called Koji Noguchi under Bassett, but he never made an appearance.

Not noted in his wiki even but I do recall the Star rubbing an article at the time.
