Tackled the Raheem Sterling racism issue - head on.What was said? Too busy watching the clusterfuck in Westminster unfold.
Kind words - thanks!Too much info in the OP.
Kind words - thanks!
Lol. I asked my son and he told me it means "Monday Night Football".It's a TLA![]()
What a load of bollocks. I thought and still think Sterling was shite for England, aswel as a money grabbing diving bastard. Nothing to do with race.
This is going to bring back all that nonsense of there not being enough black managers etc
No doubt there is still Racism in society but it’s nowhere near the level being made out. In fact this quota meeting approach will only cause resentment.
Presumably you're white. If so, are you really in a position to judge the level of racism that exists in society? What a load of bollocks. I thought and still think Sterling was shite for England, aswel as a money grabbing diving bastard. Nothing to do with race.

He basically said that in the past the media including himself & Sky have been guilty of ignoring the issue & avoiding the topic.
He said that RH had approached GN when he was England’s assistant manager in 2016 seeking help & guidance in respect of the racist abuse he was getting,GN admitted he wasn’t equipped to deal with the problem or offer any meaningful advice.
All in all an extremely frank & candid debate.

Who is RH please?
Roy Hodgson I assume.
It's him or Rod Hull, but he'd been dead 17 years.
Why wouldn’t I be able to make observations of a society I am a part of? In fact given most racial slurs and comments/ discrimination is done when said minorities aren’t present I’d say Being white is an advantage in gaining an honest gauge of racism in society. How?

A few times for your first few questions, not entirely sure what your point is with the rest of it. Non of what you said disproved what I said. In fact I agree with most of what you said.So on how many occasions have you been insulted because of your race?
How many times has someone called you a derogatory name to your face because of who and what you are?
In what way has something that you have absolutely no control over effected other peoples view of you, despite the fact that they don't know you and have no idea whatsoever what type of person you are?
By the way, I'm white and have heard some right racist shit in my time and have called it out on numerious occasions, know what? In my experience most racists are a bunch of cowards who when challenged face to face start to backtrack and try to wiggle out of it.
The rule is simple, if you're not prepared to say it to the face of someone who's physically able to take you on then STFU.

Oh and a little addition, you still shouldn’t go round talking shit even if people are physically able.
