Fuck off you piggy cunt. Not a good thing to say about us tonight on Sky.

Wanker.

To be fair he complemented both goals that Ched was involved in and said that we effectively destroyed them when we finally woke up.
Didn't have too many compliments before then though but we were hardly sparkling tonight. That opinion is based on what I heard from the radio commentary though

Serious question from ignoramus. Exactly how has twat reared his head again in a Blades context ?

I quite like Mellor as a pundit, but he had no idea how to react when Ched came on. He was quite apologetic about it. The host, who I don't like, then said there were a few jeers when he was introduced, which was complete bollocks.

Thought he was pretty fair actually, said that Walsall nicked one and held us at bay for 60 minutes, but we looked disjointed, unsurprisingly, as we had made 11 changes and none of the players had much game time under their belts. Also said that we had a great result on Saturday.

Agree,BUT,that jug eared pig cunt Palmer fancies us for the play offs or better.

Funny old world.

Indeed. I was listening on Radio Localhack. There was a huge cheer.

To be fair to Mellor.... Wilder didn't have a right lot good to say about us either in his interview

100% this.

We weren't brilliant - barely average in the first half. Only improved towards the end and wilder said as much on the radio

I thought it was fair as well. The host asked if our performance meant our squad wasn't as strong as Leeds' (who won comfortably) and he said that wasn't the case and that it's often difficult for a team to play well when they make some many changes. Said each player who played tonight would probably do well if they were put into the normal starting eleven

What did the thick, ugly, Pig cunt expect? 11 changes from the team that beat Brentcelona. A team that as never played a competitive game together. Perhaps he was expecting a modern day rerun of the 1970 Brazil team?

A typical first round tie. Shite, no atmosphere, praying it doesn't go to extra time but at least this time we won.
Crap until Evans came on, then much better, before that neither side had had a decent effort on goal.
Loudest cheer of the night was when Ched came on!
Bring on round two. When's the draw?

We were bloody terrible up to about 75mins maybe 80 min, he was right.

Can we never just play below our usual standard? Is it always brilliant or terrible in S2? You see, I've seen many a terrible United team and this isn't one of them.

Additionally the "we" that were terrible were "we" reserves.

Tomorrow.

Well listen to Wilders interview after the game. He was pretty much spot on with his comments, He knows we have to do better than that. They have to be ready to step in, and step up to the challenge of championship football at any time. You could tell he was disappointed with his reserves!

I thought mellor was pretty on the ball & matched what i & wilder thought it was poor game utd very legartic. he comes on & sparked the team into life. this wasnt the players fault as is possible with 11 changes

He didn't say "terrible" or any such words. There are more possibilities than just polar extremes. That's my point.

He said as much when he said he was disappointed no-one Ched apart, would give him a problem keeping them in on Saturday
