Me too, we haven't even played a competitive game under him yet and people are on his back. Heard reports of some idiot giving hime grief from the south stand against Hull that got his attention and caused him to turn around. FFS! As a club that has won nothing in 90 years, we have over-achieved in getting someone of his calibre to accept this job, that many would say was a poisoned chalice.

He's had the best pedigree of any manager we've appointed since Warnock in my humble opinion.

It's already started with the armchair managers, when they're not repeating the same fucking points they've been repeating for the last two months about selling Murphy.

And what frustrates me, is, looking at the bigger picture, they're not entirely wrong, five years in L1 means something isn't quite right at the club. I'm sick of trying to defend the club, or at least trying to take a balanced approach. At times it's easy because some of the criticism is way off the mark but this season is starting to look so much like the previous ones it's very difficult to remain optimistic.
