For some on here (a lot actually) trips to the lane are a little more sparse these days, and nothing hurts more than that believe me.I'm 22 now and I moved to Pittsburgh in August 2014 after having a season ticket since I was 2. Playing for the club from being 10-18 was a great honor and a club that gives great opportunity for its young players. I've seen many highs and lows, from all different aspects of the club (I think we all know which of the two is more popular).

I am posting this thread to urge every single fan, whether you're in Bramall Lane or Mozambique for this next couple of weeks to enjoy every single minute of it, whether you are checking the table for the 12th time that day just to check if you weren't making a mistake, or working and being able to take the piss out of pretty much most fans, it's crucial that now genuinely is a time of great success, whether its Division 3 or whatever.

We have something extremely special going on at this football club, the manager is a GENUINE blade, through and through, the skipper is a GENUINE blade through and through, the owner Kevin McCabe is a GENUINE blade through and through, the Prince is a g...infact wait we'll let him off in exchange for his check book.

Times like this don't come around too often, and the lord knows thousands of blades around the world would give their back teeth to of seen this season up close. From Swindon, Yeovil away in the play-offs and some of the times we've been let down, by the managers, the players, the f*cking justice system, we've carried on turning up and showing up in numbers because that's what a real club, with genuine fans and passion that's unrivaled does.

Sing loud and proud for us tonight blades, enjoy every minute.

Nice one PittsburghBlade

Keep plugging away buddy

Also, put a few dollars away each week for when the day finally comes that we are are in the Champions League final and you desperate to get to the match

Don't worry, my old man promised me anytime we got to a semi/play-off he'd have me on the first plane back, I was packing my fecking bags against Tottenham!!

You mean "let's go Blades men, let's go!"

Great post mate.

I will be watching text and twitter updates on a flight from Seattle to San Francisco. I think the whole plane will have an idea of how we are doing.......

I am really looking forward to the game tonight, even though I will feel a little remote from the atmosphere in the ground tonight.

I wish the bandwidth on the plane was good enough for Bladesplayer.

35 years in exile. Seems at last there is a team spirit to match the best ever Blades I saw in very early 70s.
Enjoy the run in all.

Check book. You convert!

Hope you're in your red n white colors
