Took my 5 year old on Saturday for his first away game. We live in Mk and found where the team were staying and managed to get his shirt signed by all, even an ill Jake Wright, had photos with a lot of them as well. He has not stopped smiling since but struggles to understand why I won't let him wear said shirt. All the players were great but the best by far was Wilder had a proper conversation with us, I suppose it helps, him being there himself in the same position many years ago.
I did not let my hair down as much as I might, having the little one with me and had to change the words to a few of the songs which again he can't stop singing and it's driving the missus bonkers.
Jack O'Connell now heads it all the way back rather then heads the fucker back and John Fleck cost us nothing, zero as opposed to fuckng zero.
On the whole what a day and I hope he remembers it as much as I remember Leicester.
