Just when we seem to be in the shittest form for decades we will draw 35. Nailed on.

First Round is done in alphabetic but but once the tie is drawn then the winner of the first one becomes number 1 next time around.
When the "big boys and pigs" get put in at R3 then they go in alphabetically but number 45 becomes the first tie drawn for R2 and so on.
R4 onward's it's the number of the tie (so first fixture tonight will be Number 1).

Oh for the days when we were somewhere between 32 and 36 every December!

Hartlepool away. Second guess if not pigs away

Last season I would've wanted Pigs at home. If we draw Pigs home or away, I might look for a bit of winter sun in the canaries just after new year.

Newcastle away, we'll play a weakened team and lose 3-0. Hopefully without the 2 men off.

Rotherham could be a bit embarrassing, and I losing to Leeds or Forest makes the blood boil.

Hopefully we'll get Newport, or such shite at home, or a Premiership team away.

I understand what you're saying Matt but on the flipside, this could be the sort of fixture that gets us going in the right direction.

Would like something that isn't a ballache of a trip to somewhere I haven't been to before. Newcastle, Pool work, Stoke perhaps, maybe one of the London clubs. Naturally we'll get Yeovil away

I'f like it be to someone decent away where we can slip out with a dignified 1-0 defeat.
We need to concentrate all our efforts on the looming relegation battle.

I don't want to draw a plastic club, like MKD or Reading.

Gash.

A trip to Bournemouth or Yeovil would be quite nice. Norwich away would be handy.

Good earner, no shame in losing, get on with the league. Perfect.
