Make United Fun Again
I'm ashamed at how much I laughed at that![]()
I wasn't too keen on myself for making the connection in the first place

You sure about that. Would u have preferred Gillingham or Carlisle instead?Possibly the worst draw we could get
Because it is still the best cup competition in the world. The FA Cup is more or less dead due to the FA’s own decisions.
1. They Scrapped 2nd and 3rd replays
2. They scrapped semi final replays entirely
3. They pressurised the then holders Man U not to defend so they played in some pointless tournament in Brazil in a fruitless attempt to land the World Cup
4. They moved the semis to Wembley.
5. They scrapped the quarter final replays.
If the FA can’t respect the traditions of their own tournament why should anyone else give a toss about it?
I might give someone my number because I'm a loyalty points whore who can't even be arsed to go.The worst part of it is, I'll almost certainly be going because I'm a loyalty points whore.
Will Blackman, Stearman or Lundstram lose this game for us?
We are, this is our year.Put the kids out, we aren’t going to win the FA Cup.
Totally agree. The FA Cup is more or less dead due to the FA’s own decisions.

The famous bad blood between United and Ipswich
Colchester away was supposedly a 'crap draw' in the 1st Round in 2013. We ended up at Wembley in one of the best games we have ever seen. When did we become too big to be bothered about the FA cup , too big to consider Ipswich to be a decent tie and throw the towel in , send the kids n stiffs ??
just a question
There was a time when that was true. Hardly Hatfield/McCoy stuff, but we really didn't like each other.
I might give someone my number because I'm a loyalty points whore who can't even be arsed to go.especially after Preston, Villa and Derby away in quick succession.
The FA Cup is a great competition and we've had some (fairly) recent success in it - if you count semi-finals as successful we've had 4 in my lifetime alone, and I'm not 30 yet. I always want us to put a strong side out and always hope for a cup run, but this is definitely not an inspiring draw, and with the Derby the following week, I can see key players being rested and us being turned over.
Happy birthdayOoh, me neither. Give it 15 minutes though...
Aye, my in laws live near Ipswich so it's ordinarily an easy trip, but as I'll have been there for a week over Christmas I'm not sure I'll be ready to go back!
I've made sacrifices for the Blades over the years, but that might be a step too far!!
we got arrested and missed the first 15 minutes , as our Chara had had breakfast in a service area on the A1 and quite a few had forgotten to pay for much of it, remember it as I took my younger brother who was about 11 then and we were on the front seat , so we were the first to face police enquiies ,, me mate no mateWent to the 3rd round match at Portman Rd in 1974. Lost 3-2 with TC scoring . Used SUT from Pond street on an owd Chara.
At least we don't play them twice already this season. You sure about that. Would u have preferred Gillingham or Carlisle instead?
Another away draw in the 3rd Round. Our last home draw at this stage was against which team in 2012? JonnyRed(WCFC)
