I think he needs to do well in January, we need shut of some of the high earning dead wood. A major cull and bring in fresh, hungry players. I want a change but sacking another manager isn't the answer. Then again this team with our budget should be tearing Shrewsbury apart

You can't get rid of players if no one wants them and who would want ours? And more importantly who would want to come here?

I think there has to be a lot of sole searching from players, management and board room as it looks endemic.

Don't know exactly but I suspect it's something to do with being run by a board consisting of those who got us relegated and those who've never run a football club before.
We now seem to be in the same category as Villa, Bolton, Newcastle; fucked up, playing out the inevitable decline that will continue until there is a total change of ownership.
