I don’t quite understand the whole get relegated in order to come back stronger tactic that Norwich are pursuing.

Burnley famously did it and it worked but I can’t think of any other examples surely it’s best to go up and make a go of it? Having said that I can see Watford and Bournemouth sinking like a stone and if Fulham go up I dont see any serious competition for them in the Championship so maybe it will work out for them.

Both Celtic and Rangers are top half Championship standard. Maybe bottom half Prem at best (Celtic this season).

The rest of the Scottish Prem is mid-to-lower Championship/upper League One. The gulf between the Old Firm and the rest is incredible.

Mate if my be who supports Norwich said he flatters to deceive a lot, sounds similar to when he was here and he doesn't seem to have a best position. He'll probably do well in Scotland but not PL standard so moving up there is a good move to a big club at Rangers, second only to Celtic.
