114 miles for me. Grew up 3 miles away. Mum and dad got married less than 50 yards away, and Grandma was born and grew up a few yards closer.
Spent the year Harry got us promoted working Saturdays at the top of Alderson rd. Could tell when we scored.

Assuming there is a prize for living the furthest from Bramall Lane
I am afraid knowsnowt wins it as he is on a different planet to the rest of of us……😄😁😄

He's moved a couple of times.

He used to live in the Auntysusan solar system, but then moved to the Wildersawanker Universe.

I think the latter one is a few million years further from Planet Reality.

39.3 miles to drive according to Google Maps.
Grew up 1.2 miles via the shortest walking route (though we never walked that way, strangely).

By train 180minutes if I leave the ground at 1650 but if I leave at 1645 90minutes

Currently 1.8km, where I grew up, with the sound of the crowd in the back garden. But when not visiting me folks, these days I am normally 2084km away.

Interesting to see if anyone lives around ground? Seems to be student areas now whereas pigs have alot that live back of their north stand.

1.4ml me
About 25 years ago one of the magazines did a survey to see which team had the most followers in the surrounding area. We had the most percentage of fans within a mile of the ground- that was all 92 clubs. The lowest percentage was Liverpool

164 miles in a car, 159 miles walking. As for hitchhiking, it varies (and I haven't done it for a very long time).
I keep toying with the idea of hitch hiking again, out of a sense of nostalgia. A bit sad really considering I’ve got a bus pass and there are such things as FlixBus and BlaBlaCar
