Growing up I lived closer to Leeds than Bramall Lane ! Never occurred to me to support Leeds

Currently 1.8 miles, about a 30 minute walk (longer if I take a detour to Two Steps for chips on the way back).

Used to live about 0.6 miles or a 10 minute walk away. In fact, of the four places I've lived in Sheffield over my 20 years here, I've never been more than 2.5 miles away from Bramall Lane.

Grew up 450 miles away though, 22 miles south of Philips Stadion (PSV) and 12 miles north of Cegeka Arena (KRC Genk).

For me it is 6.2 miles. I had this conversation with my wife and my younger daughter because they were asking if my Norwich supporting mate is going to the match tonight. Told them that because of his age and mobility it is now rare for him to go to away matches, his son still goes to away matches only if it is being played during the weekend. My mate lives 22 miles from Carrow Road and sometimes he doesnt go to midweek home games preferring to watch it on tv at home.

What is the distance from your home to BDTBL according to Google Maps?
99 miles.
Bit closer than the 12,500 (ish) it was a while ago.

141 miles for me sadly. Closest I've ever been was 0.4 miles.

28 miles. Did live a few hundred yards away at one point in time.

I'm 4.4 miles, never considered walking it really but this has inspired me to try, once the weather is a bit better, and I don't have a 7 year old with me (moans about the walk back up to the Stag currently).
We don't walk back just there too many hills

Growing up on Duchess Road, I could see the floodlight pylons from my bedroom window and it was a few hundred yards & less than 5 minutes walk, but now 15 miles
