Whatever happens now, what he has done with this team is incredible. He's recouped double of what he has spent in both wages and transfers fees and got a team to the top of the league. I didn't think we would be challenging for automatic at all this season. I expected a transnational season but to do what he has so quickly is a testament to him. Just hope we can keep him if we do throw it away

I am disappointed somewhat in this window as the 2 (soon to be 3 with Hanson) we have brought in are all likely to be back up players. Don't get me wrong we needed cover in those positions and obviously the team have been playing well but a couple of players to improve the first team would probably clinch promotion

Carruthers is the only one I really see as an ambitious signing, someone who can improve us and play at the next level if we get there.

The Man U kid is just that, a kid he's here to learn and make his mistakes where it doesn't harm Man U, would have been perfect signing in a mid table Championship season.

Hanson takes us in a very worrying direction IMO.

The midfield are quality at this level and very adept at moving the ball around to keep possession, but there was yet again no cutting edge. No one prepared to take his man on, no incisive through ball.

Billy picked up a good pass and made something out of nothing and suddenly the belief seemed to surge through them again. We came out for the second with a much brighter and more positive attitude but threw it away with stupid defensive errors.

Can't agree with that. The first half was OK agains a packed defence, and the goal was brilliant all round football, but the lack of intensity in the minutes after half time was really poor. We failed to keep the ball, failed to pick up and paid the price.

I'm not in the least bit suicidal and I don't hate anybody, including United.

My original post wasn't really negative either. I was merely stating that United will find the hardest way possible to achieve promotion, even if they do achieve it.
There's many much more negative posts than the one I made
