I think Bash is an underlining problem. I like him and I can't fail his effort but we need a better version of him.
Fleck is just what we've been missing but now we need to upgrade his partner.
If we are putting square pegs in round holes with our wingers then the central partnership in midfield needs to be even better.
 
very good player, impressed me alot at charlton but problem 95% wont happen because the ITK people talk bollocks & i cant believe people still believe it

Kinell I've heard all about this pathway for youth from the academy but that's starting em a bit young surely.

Depends which one you get.

If you get the pre-West Ham Poyet then you'll have one hell of a player, he had almost everything for us in his first season. Good touch, good passer of the ball, ball winner, broke the play up well and rightly won player of the season, I said at the time I felt he was possibly the best player I've seen us bring through the academy into the first team since Scott Parker.

He went to Huddersfield on loan and didn't impress and then came back to us on loan and was pretty medicocre in his limited playing time. No idea what West Ham have done to him.

I would guess he would be very good down here though, much better than a League One player.

That was obvious enough from when he was playing under Clough.

Looks like Wilders got him sussed as he's absolutely nowhere near the first team.
