good will we need good will .Are we willing to keep pushing ,we need get close to 2 points per game to maintain our push

6 fixtures , on paper a couple of tough away games a couple of less hard home games and 2 you could argue all day about
Saturday 2nd December
Millwall15:00Sheffield United
Friday 8th December

Sheffield United19:45Bristol City
Saturday 16th December
Preston North End15:00Sheffield United
Saturday 23rd December
Aston Villa17:30Sheffield United
Tuesday 26th December
Sheffield United15:00Sunderland
Saturday 30th December
Sheffield United15:00Bolton Wanderers

3 home 3 away , at least 11 or 12 point to stay up there, think its possible ?
finish off 2017 in the style we have come to expect

take points from preston and villa it will mean a good month

Not if we lost all others.

Not looking forward to Bristol City, they'll turn us over if we don't defend.

Preston could be the proverbial bastard as well.

Tough fixtures there. My predictions:

W
L
D
D
W
W

I know that predicting 2 draws in a row is a bit bonkers considering how we play but we are due a few more this season.

Fucking hell we've missed him.
I’d say he’s been our best signing but he hasn’t been on the pitch enough, a quality player who has made Freeman look very ordinary which says itself really because Freeman was quality last season.

Totally agree, whatever we do this season he'll be vital to us.
Although I'd be more than happy to even have Freeman right now because having Basham at right back is far from ideal.

Villa and Bristol City are the scary ones, Villa turning it round and Bristol have always been my dark horses this season.

All the others are very winnable. Preston if we sell out our near 6,000 tickets should be a wall of noise.

Millwall , Sunderland , Notlob , All very easy games where 9 points should be ours. Then Again, everybody around mw in the Westfield thought that against Fulham and Birmingham.

Fingers Crossed and UTB.

We're going to need to win the first 4 to be safe by Christmas

Considering we've dicked all over several teams near the top, as well as the league leaders, yet have also been dicked on by a team near the bottom at home, and been shut out a couple of times away from home. I can simply not make any sort of predictions.

I would however feel a lot more confident with Basham back in his regular position, and Baldock bombing up and down the right flank. We've not been particularly poor without, but I feel like that'll lift us back to the standards we're used to.

Seen too much crap at Preston to ever think we'll win there. Between 9-12 points for the month

i'm worried less about villa and bristol than preston and millwall. the better performing teams will have a go at us and leave space whereas the others will park the bus.. that is why we are doing better against the top teams

You’ve lost me here Ken?o_O
Soz, Wiz
Maffs innit?

If we get 15 points in that run of games "and that will hopefully be 15 more points than the pigs" where the gap is currently 11 points then they need to get 4 points less than us in that space of time to be 15 points behind us. 15-11=4

think Villas style of play suits us to a T , they will give us loads of space to exploit
Hardest game for me is preston away, then brisol

if theres no more 35 yard thunderbolts can see us regaining home dominance

I meant 15 more points than them for the monthly total, meaning we’d be 26 points clear by that time. Hope this helps Ken. ;)

Sunderland could be a banana skin...Coleman has already instilled a bit of positive new belief into them, I know it was only Burton but the goals showed them zipping the ball about like a team who certainly wont be finishing in the bottom 3 if they build on that

Is it just me or do we have a bad record at home on boxing day or am I just scarred by that Coventry 3-0 game?!

Preston will see the end of our mini dip in form, before going on a winning run to see us back into the top 4 for the turn of the year. (Even though we wont play badly during any of the losses, the way the opposition set up,will do us, Millwall ala Brum" Bristol ala Fulham - this will be a high scoring encounter which could go any way)
