Gone Elsewhere Dean Henderson

For a kid that only ever wanted to play for Man U and loves the club, he's probably going to end up leaving the club and hating them.

He's always struck me as a lad that wants to play football, will do that at Man U if he can or if not, go elsewhere.

Seems that politics and nonsense is getting in the way of him playing football, which is sad really.

Ramsdale, Pickford and Pope will go to the world cup barring injuries. Dean's only chance is if someone drops a salad cream bottle on their foot.

What a bloody shame . A talent like that going to waste . Well we all love you at the Lane Deano. Great memories ,thanks for helping us to the Prem mate.

Undoing all the good work we & Dean put in. A very competent and confident young keeper left us after that prem season.

You don't stay rich by making terrible business decisions, consistently.
True but Man U seem to make very good businesses decisions kit deals sponsorships etc. It’s the football decisions they’re getting very very wrong.

If anything tells you that they’re making great businesses decisions it’s the amount of profit they’re making whilst being completely mediocre for a decade. Whilst ever that profit continues to be made and the stock price remains stable ownership will have no interest in serious reform of the management structure.

They're a strange club Manchester Utd. Seem to make some bizarre decisions in the transfer market.

Lingard is like some weird hostage situation. They don't want him to play for them but don't want him to play for anyone else either. 😂

I can understand them wanting to keep Hendo. If De Gea gets injured they have a top keeper to replace him and I think it's fair to assume that having someone who can replace him probably stops him being a slacker.

Lingard just feels like some kind of long term punishment beating.

The thing is West Ham in the summer were offering a decent transfer fee for him. Now he is going to end up leaving on a free transfer.

Bump.

When we get our miraculous promotion, he could do a lot worse than forcing through a low value transfer to Blades in the summer... agreeing an enormous wage cut... then fighting Wes for our no1 spot.

Aye, but no need to repeat them in here as it (allegedly) appears there may (allegedly) be an (alleged) Injunction in place (allegedly)

Back on topic, I hope Dean Henderson has a fantastic career in fast food service.

Exactly why I didn’t post what the rumours were; just where i’d heard them

Fair play to him for speaking out. There's so much going on out there, and sadly a few rumours about one of his colleagues turned out to be fairly reliable. Add to that the sun article that came out at the same time, it's easy to get suckered in.

I'm sorry Dean, I still love you

It'd be gutting to see Hendo & MGW turning out for them next season.

What could have been.

What a coup for Forest if they pull it off.
A far better keeper than Ramsdale.

I'm surprised nobody higher up is in for him.

I can't imagine he'd go for the buy bit of that. I can see him going out on loan again but you'd assume a bigger club would be interested.

Imagine they ended up with those two.

Luck of penalty kicks when a stud saved them from an extra time defeat.

Talk about finest of fine margins.
Would be very bitter knowing it could’ve been us with those two in the PL. The best case scenario is that they hold tight at their current clubs and we snatch them up next year.

If they loaned him they couldn't sign Garner on loan anymore. So that would be two of their 5 loans out the window with Spence expected elsewhere.

Plus Hendo is replacing one of the few players they actually owned.

It would also mean to replace the 5 outgoing loan players they'd just have one loan left.

Though I see they are linked with a 10m rated Canadian winger on a Bosman.

Strong rumours it's a loan with an option to buy next summer for around £25m if Forest stay up so in effect it's a loan.

Even if Forest stay up and do have the option to buy surely after all their money woes over the last few years they're not going to start chucking around £120k a week salaries that soon??
