These new owners are obviously swerving the announcement to get this transfer window out of the way so I don't think there will be any in but could also lose Anel aswel as trusty. But then surely that extra 20m will cover the rest of the loses of not being in the Premier league now?

There’s been some great business done so far in this transfer window, with a few signings opting for Bramall Lane over some of our rivals.

We are now supposedly under new ownership, with our new backers in control of comings and goings. The next two days will be an indication of their financial clout and true ambitions in relation to the future of the club.

When I pulled another pint and mused over the wonderful frothy head I thought:

Sakyi & Brooks could do a job on both wings, Sakyi is left footed.
Shackelton can play right back and we also have Seriki and Gilchrist
No indications anyone except Trusty is leaving

So we need a striker, a central defender and a midfielder. Cannon, Mepham, Armstrong all seem feasible with Johnstone as a possibility?

Trusty out on a permanent and Slimane to Norwich on loan. We'll bring in a left winger on a permanent and a young striker from a Premier League team on loan.

Wilder shopping for another centre midfielder suggests that Davies is well and truly crocked, and that Souza could also be off tomorrow too.

Trusty goes and I reckon we get Mepham, Sarmiento to replace Slimane and compete with Hamer, Cannon to compete with Moore, Armstrong on a free based on previous links.

After that I reckon Marsh will go out on loan, possibly Sachdev as well.

I respect all blade's on here, but calling Robbo a fuck up.Is wrong done nothing but wear our shirt on his sleeve. Gives 100% .That's all I ask for.

Absolutely no idea. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was nobody, but then again theres usually somebody who gets 3 or 4 in on the last day, so maybe everything falls into place and its our year to have a mad one.

Start by keeping hold of Hamer and Blaster and let the rest of the cards fall as they may.

At least they’ve put the match back by 24 hours to allow good time for the full investigation/post mortem/meltdown.
