Anyone saying he's worth £30m + needs to look at comparable transfers from championship sides this season. Eze went for £16m, he's a year younger than brooks and arguably better. I know ita subjective in terms of contract length and the selling club needing money but its a benchmark and half the value people are expecting Brooks to cost. Plus we get 15% off.
Not that I think we'll buy him. I think we're after a LCB
The banned list for Liverpool. Rapidly winging its way to our banned list too.
Rumour 'as it in these parts he's goin' to be poached by McDonald's and grilled for more information.Actually works at KFC
However many times you, I and others point out IndyKaila’s lack of credentials, others still cling to his posts like they’re gospel. God knows whyActually works at KFC
Best comments on the subject so far, on your way up any chance you can pick my missus up after her holiday? If he does sign I’ll gladly pick him up in Bournemouth to drive him up to Sheffield
Thoughts....any truth in this ref David Brooks
I'm getting terrible flashbacks about business models and no bids. Good job Bournemouth supporters haven't (yet) descended on these pages
Step 1: Languish for years in the lower reaches of the football leagueThey are the sort of club with fans that would talk about their business model.
Pretty sure they did sidestep the financial rules. Got a ridiculously small fine after they got the Premier League money.Step 1: Languish for years in the lower reaches of the football league
Step 2: Get bought out by Russian billionaire
Step 3: Massively overspend to get promotion to the Premier League, nearly sidestepping the P&L rules
Dats summat the Finks would do. 🏍Rumour 'as it in these parts he's goin' to be poached by McDonald's and grilled for more information.
Sorry, that autocorrected to nearly from ‘neatly’.Pretty sure they did sidestep the financial rules. Got a ridiculously small fine after they got the Premier League money.
That might not be as daft as it sounds. Its wishful thinking YES but I heard last week that the loan fee would be £5 million. I'm not claiming to be ITK at all.
I think you can assume its not trueAssuming this is true and assuming the £5m loan fee is deductible from the final fee; I think the total cost to us would just shy of £25m.
