Yes they will, we surely will have learnt and will perform much better defensively though so expect to win.

come on lets get to this Match. as fans we have an atrocious record in attending these games. said few times in the build up Nigel Clough was still our manager & Che Adams was this young kid that burst on the scene. last time we had a home cup tie crowd of over 20,000

Sorry if mentioned but looks like we got 110k for the initial game and will pocket another 55k for the replay.

Plus share of the gate receipts and potential prize money if we win through.

We must have a good chance of tv for the next round if we get through. PL team away at Championship is a potential upset though don't recall if their away match at Preston was televised though there were other more 'romance of the cup' type ties e.g. ours.

Still 165k + 105k prize money from Millwall so far. Not to be sniffed at.

What proportion of our debt to the EFL do you think that £270k might be Champagne?

How is it the clubs fault we won't nowhere near fill it, we can't just produce a fanbase from nowhere, the front of the kop is only open as itv will have requested it so it looks better on tv, simple as that, it still will be half empty everywhere
It will be because of kop restrictions still.
Might open more if demand is required.

Both teams would have to agree
What’s to lose? Wrexham get 50% of a lot or 50% of fuck all, with an half empty Stadium for their “match of a lifetime” to boot. Football? run by clueless, non-commercial pillocks. Both clubs (and broadcasters) should be figuring out ways to get the place full and rocking

oh yeah i working out if we beat wrexham & spurs then we wouldve made around a million, before the quarter finals

What crowd are we thinking for this.? I’m going with 16k.
Hopefully we can breach 20k.

I wouldn't put it last a few going there to see Ryan Reynolds or Rob McElhenny!

sheff_blade90 blade90 if you end up with a combined gate of 30k from 2 games (@ 15 per ticket average, maybe 150k take for our share minus expenses?) plus 165k from TV, you'd then have prize money of I think 225k.

So you probably have, IF we win, 530k plus whatever we got from Millwall. It wasn't televised and gate wasn't that high so maybe 50k including highlights? I reckon then the gate and the tv money for the Spurs clash would take you to seven figures.

i would hope 24,000 because thats what every season ticket holder turns up & away fans would give us, but i fear knowing our past record, since 2011 we have averaged 12,883 in home fa cup games

yeah i didnt know about ticket money, but i was taking a punt with the prize fund figures, id say we made 321,000 so far on TV & prize money.
760,000 if we beat Wrexham
1,232,500 if we beat spurs

id guess maybe 1.5/1.75m with money all in, now ive got the time to get all the accurate figures. if we get to a quarter final

I went on the ticket website yesterday evening and there seems very few seats left. There's clearly a lot of interest in the game and I'd hope the club would open more of the Kop if the demand is there.

Not sure where you are looking mate but there are masses of tickets left. Reckon we’ve sold only around 6k so far

I went to get 2 tickets together for SS this afternoon and could only get either gangway A or H. That would suggest we've sold a bit more than 6k

Hope so, we really ought to be touching 20k for this with a big away following.

Middle half of SS equates to about 3.5k with hundreds left on the sides John street less than half full and hundreds left on kop despite only bottom 3rd on sale.

Id say between 6-7k sold so far but that’s not having a dig at anyone. Be great if we could get a big crowd

Just bought 3 tickets on South Stand but they were limited (think I've been shoved in the corner, Seats 3-5 I've got)
