Player Suggestion Danny Rose

To be fair to the OP, Rose started a champions league final 3 seasons ago and we're not exactly blessed with the quality we need at left back.

But Rose himself seems to have been generally objectionable with his previous 3 or 4 managers, openly criticising their choices to not play him or their tactics. Disruption in the changing room is not exactly an admirable quality.

If it weren't for the potential for disagreements with managers and also the high wage he'll probably demand, I wouldn't be totally against giving him a try, he probably also comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience that could be useful to pass on to people like RND and Lowe

Wasn't he talking about retiring from football a couple of years ago while he was at Spurs? And form wise, the criticism he got from the MOTD pundits a few weeks back, was well deserved, shocking defending

Seemed a decent player back in the day, but guessing he’s not the ‘experienced’ player that we really want.

Without wanting to go all Roy Keane, you want your experienced players to be playing through the middle and influencing games…

I also think he’s not the type of player we’ll be looking to bring through. We look to be trying to get players to come through as youngsters aiming to displace the experienced players in the side… hungry players up for a challenge ready to increase their value and get sold on.

Can't remember which game it was, but they highlighted the goals/defending it was more than a bad day, he was Mile's off the pace and out of position/cover, to the point it looked like his first ever game at LB

Thought this maybe a bit of a controversial ,but i would go for him like all the above have said he may come with baggage but I get the impression he needs a arm around the shoulder and feel wanted. We are the blade's family and were better would he get a loving feeling
