Him and redmond training with us Apperantly
We might be able to afford Redmond's wages given he's spent the best part of the last two seasons out injured and not played 30 league games since 2020. Ings, I really doubt it

I don't know if Ings is still injury prone these days but he surely should be able to play at this level. He also must know that he won't quite be able to command the wages he once could.

Played 55 games in 3 years , scored 4 goals. Not bad for a centre half , not for a striker we would be paying high wages to.

Guessing Ings and Redmond would’ve both been at Southampton around the time Selles was? We need leaders/experience but we also need players who can actually stay fit and play

It’s the Championship not top end of premier league. Well League 1 with Rub Bum Fellas in

Basically just another news aggregator at this point. But you have to pay for access.
I am a very open hater of him, for the reason that he charges, but it really does look like he's just echoing stuff he sees on the internet. But claiming to have sources. Really not good...

Are we setting up for Dyche to take over from Selles? Like Burnley 2.0 😂 I wouldn't mind us getting Dyche though, His football is painful but gets results

Ings and Redmond were absolute quality a few years ago if they look good in training why not we need some experience

It's around a 50 game season.
Their recent records tell you why it might not be a good idea.

See Tom Davies.

We only sign crocks, so it’s hardly a departure.

McGoldrick was a crock when we signed him, let’s hope they turn out like that!

Very much the exception to the rule...

But regardless, had McGoldrick barely kicked a ball in 2/3 years?

A quick look at some stats and McGoldrick had played 76 times in 3 seasons prior to joining us, I have no idea how many were starts or sub appearances. He’d scored 15 goals in those 3 years.

Ings has played 52 times in 3 seasons (albeit at PL level). He’s scored 5 goals in those 3 years.

Doesn’t sound like he’s fit as a fiddle and banging in goals but you never know?!
