Wasn't Norwood only a loan as the full transfer wasn't sorted in time but there was a loan window at the time? Became permanent in January as part of the deal so I doubt it was muchWilder carefully omits the loan fee we paid for Norwood. He was still a superb signing for £2m.
Leonard was £800k-odd in; Southend's former chairman held out out for a higher fee and Wilder chased him for ages. He was Millwall's record signing when we bombed him out after 16 league appearances.
