They've triggered their option to extend his contract. He had no say. It just means they'll get a fee for him, either now or in the summer. Wouldn't surprise me to see him move now. Wilson and Morgan have gone, they were a big factor behind any loyalty from him. If he's waiting till the summer he better start scoring a few more if he wants a decent move.

By all accounts he's missed many many chances this season to bag a few more.

But he says he's pleased to have sorted it out and looking forward to helping them get clear of relegation.
Surely he wouldn't dream of a transfer if someone was to come in for him :rolleyes:

Never too many mate! got to say though, just for the record, I'm a 43 bus lad, never a "36" you should know what I mean;)
 
All it means is Chesterfield will want a bigger fee for him now. :)
