Doesn't scan, sorry. It's like something by Ginsberg, or maybe Dylan in the mid-60s, where they just keep cramming as many extra words as they can into really long lines that go on and on forever.
Would be neat if you could get it going, though, as an alternative to "JoC's Hat"![]()
She mentions men with cash, which yes, can be a factor in some outcomes. However, she fails to see that he was actually convicted of the offence when had more cash. His wealth didn't help him originally and arguably worked against him, so why the double standards?

WelCOME BACK CHED?Power spent passion bespoils our soul receiver.
My favourite line by Jon Anderson. No idea what it fuckin' means though.
Back on topic, the big question is, what on earth is COME BACK CHED going to call himself now?
But if he was guilty, why would that matter?Because most of us couldn't have afforded the appeal?
Because in a case like this his 'guilt' could never be established by fact alone, it was always going to be decided by opinion. It's not like a murder where there are five witnesses, CCTV footage and DNA evidence and there's no question of guilt, it was down to whether twelve people thought he was guilty. But if he was guilty, why would that matter?
I wasn't expecting an announcement full of exuberant hyperbole, and certainly not from Wilder.
You say by being able to afford really good barristers to allow for further evidence... He was able to do this in the first instance, financially.Because in a case like this his 'guilt' could never be established by fact alone, it was always going to be decided by opinion. By being able to afford really good barristers who were able to convince an appeal court to allow further evidence that some still believe shouldn't have been allowed and convince a second group of twelve people that this 'evidence' was relevant, by casting enough doubt in the minds of the jury and convince this second group of people to disagree with what the first group believed, he was able to get his verdict overturned.
If I had been found guilty, I doubt I could have even afforded to pay for any more legal advice, never mind afford the cost of the appeal process and re-trial that he had to pay for. Whether I was 'guilty' or not. So, in the eyes of the law, I'd have remained guilty.
I don't really understand your point tbh.You say by being able to afford really good barristers to allow for further evidence... He was able to do this in the first instance, financially.
Financial resource has been a constant throughout. The evidence hasn't.
Just tidying a loose end up, all nice and neat now.I hope our future signings are more ambitious.
The new evidence was the reason for his acquittal, not money.I don't really understand your point tbh.

It was testimony rather than 'evidence'. It wasn't like they'd just found some footage of the incident and it showed her consenting. The new evidence was the reason for his acquittal, not money.
You can pay for all the retrials in the world and not have the right evidence to prove your innocence.
Stupid sympathy signing by McCabe.
Essentially we're signing a striker because he had a 5 month purple patch 6 years ago when he got Lee Bowyer syndrome.
A little bit unfair to Chris Wilder that .
