It's relative to other players remuneration. Every player will have a promotion clause in their contract and the average wage would I suspect double for those in the first team squad. It's ridiculous to think the players will be happy to win a promotion and stay on the same wage package as they were on in L3.

Let's just stick with 'in Wilder we trust'. He and the board will have it figured out.
