I would happily push every cunting politicion in the world under a bus if there was a bus big enough to run over and kill the cunts.
Just chucking my twopenneth in like.

Do you know.

Sometimes I wish footballers would just turn round and say what they are actually thinking.

Something along the lines of "this jug earned fucknut is just about to sign a contract, in his early 20s that will set him up for life. You enjoy working yourself into an early grave ;)"

Hate the Haters.

UTB

Superb.

Don't think anyone signing that deal is the issue.
It's doing it with a degree of dignity and respect for the steps on the ladder that got you there.
It's a long way down with a lot of branches to hit and no sympathy.
Funnily enough you might do well to remember that being as you're as high up the tree as you're likely to go.

Thanks mate! Appreciate you taking such a keen interest :D x

One of two things happening here :

One or two of our resident board “experts” being found out for the embarrassingly poor judge of a player that they actually are.

Or.

Same individuals being unable to forgive a social media comment that may, or may not, actually be attributable to said player !

It's clear to see that Adams is now a different player to the one we sold.

Why?

Because he's started acting like a professional and sorted his fucking body out. He's almost unrecognisable.

What is clear is that this is more or less the worst backtracking attempt in the history of the universe.

“I got it wrong. Badly wrong”. Not that hard. Is it ?;)

Oh yes.

Now that some little cunt has scored 3 goals in 12 outings for 19th placed Birmingham, my world is in tatters.

Were you buggered senseless at a “boys only” establishment in your earlier years ?

You do come across as being a rather angry fella.

Maybe I’m wrong !

My issue with Adams was attitude and fitness. Wilder obviously had similar reservations. He was very happy to sell him.

He showed great promise in his first few months then never threatened to get back to the same levels. He seemed to prioritise boozing.

Amazing that no one bid more than £2m for him isn't it?

Obviously they are all embarrassingly poor judges of a player.

I said at the time I would've much rather kept Calvert-Lewin. I bet you thought that was a crazy thing to say....

Lot of venom in that first line, but that's ok, you must be a bit angry.

I tend to take heart from the fact that posters who usually mention the "anger" of their interlocutor are generally utter mediocrities who are scared of a forthright view coming from anybody but themselves.

£1.9 million 2 years ago for what, on paper, was a L1 player with good potential, but ultimately had to show the promise he had, was a pretty good judge of what he was back then. Our most valuable asset.

You, and others, chose to make judgements on his social activities, rather than anything he ever did on a pitch.

Rowett is a better judge than me and you put together. He knew better !

You didn’t. If that offends you, so be it.

Interesting take. And response.

Good evening.

In fairness, Che was a few days older than 20yo when he left last summer. It's hardly a surprise that he's developed.

Our fans need to have more patience with these players. Mind you that was a penalty!!

No, it had plenty to do with what he was doing on the pitch.

He scored a few goals, but he was nothing special even by L1 standards in his last season with us. He got sloppy. He started running into defenders instead of past them, lost the ball regularly and tried fucking nutmegs all the time that didn't work. And dived a lot.

It was one year ago we got under £2m for him. And he might have been our biggest asset but that arguably says more about the rest of our squad at the time.

Rowett took a bit of a gamble and it paid off. Far more managers chose not to take that gamble. There's a reason for that.

So those of us who were glad to see the back of him certainly have nothing to feel daft about.

Higgo's not doing much and he's lost some weight

Selling him turned out to be the correct decision. We don’t need him back now as Brooks is a better prospect.

Nice to see he seems to have sorted himself out though. He’s a good player that’s got to where he is the hard way.

Having seen him tonight for Birmingham, he is almost physically unrecognisable from the player we sold. He looks lean, fit and scored a good goal.

Nevertheless, I still maintain it was good business to move him on. On more than one occasion, I saw Birmingham players bursting forward running past Che Adams, it seems to me that little has changed about his attitude, work ethic or over inflated ego, for that reason he would never fit into the current regime at BDTBL and consequently never attract a bigger bid, whilst sat on the bench.

But, as always GLTTL

he enjoyed a one off bit of limelight with us with the brace against spurs which outshone the rest of his tenure by a mile
he was in a poor set up that were cup tarts at th time and had a bit of fame , short lived
and as of now not lived up to

hed have to score another 5 before the turn of the year to prove hes got better

Would you Swap Adams for .

1. Sharp.... No
2. Brooks ...No
3. Clarke... No
4. Donaldson.. don't know yet.
5. Lavery.. Possibly

Would make him 4th / 5th choice currently at The Lane.

DCL... similar in my opinion. 4th / 5th choice in our forwards.

As Blades fans, we know the number of occasions where we've stupidly sold our better players for either no reason or too little money are too many to mention.

Adams is not one of these.
Even if he goes onto sort himself out, it doesn't negate the fact it was a good decision to sell him at the time we did.

No regrets. Onwards and upwards.
