Am I reading this wrong or does this contradict itself? According to the first sentence a 14yo can go alone, but not in the 2nd

Think it was an experiment during COVID to reduce travel times but for some reason they kept it.

Stupid IMO.

Not a cold going round thing. Recall this being the case at least as far back as Stockport's run to the semis in 97 (that one where they put five past us at BL). Maybe they binned it and brought it back, but I don't think that's the case.
