We've sold our best player, albeit understandably.

We've sold our best young player, flourishing in maturity, creativity, end product and influence. Our young player of the year.

We're now selling our player of the year, potentially. But much more than that, it's what this represents. In an era of static, often unfit or unavailable, older players (Ings, Rothwell, Mee), O'Hare is in his prime, is maturing into a key role for us, is regularly influencing games, is at peak fitness, is a model professional, and has the best work ethic and mentality of the lot.

We're literally shitting the bed and the owners are an embarrassment to this club.

Sounds like there have been several bids. Maybe COH wants away and his agent has been putting feelers out? At the end of the day if the player wants to go then there’s nothing we can do to keep him. Yes we could turn down the offer but then we have a want away player on our hands. Doesn’t alter the board’s responsibility though as they have made a total mess of this window and maybe like us the players are losing confidence in the direction the club is going in.
Has 2 years left on his contract (wouldn't be suprised if theres option of a 3rd in our favour).. we absolutely can do something about it. He signed on a free and if he wants to waste the next 2-3 years of his prime time not playing, then he would be mental.

We hold all the cards, unfortunately our owners are not very good at the table.

The owners don’t give a shit about our club. That’s the problem.

Let's not forget, Wilders shit show last season plays a large roll in this too.
I don't go to the lane anymore due to work, but if I did, I wouldn't.
I might have to start going again just so I can stop going. 🤔
How the f is wilder still getting pelters during this s storm. If they’d never have sacked him we’d be in the prem right now with Mcburnie up front

The writing's on the wall, whoever we sell will be replaced by someone of lesser importance.
That seems to be our strategy for recruitment, so any expectations of anything beyond this should be reined in.
Whoever we sell is seemingly replaced by someone older with potentially less resale value

Bought a club it looks like they couldn’t afford to fund. You’ve got to assume this wasn’t in the business plan they pitched to the EFL
They can afford it. Eltoukhy is a very very wealthy man.

Between them they could easily pay off the Prince and back us sufficiently within the EFL rules.

Wouldn't say you're being negative, more of a reality of how Chris goes about his business.

If I remember correctly Ndiaye was off to Barnsley before Wilder left 2nd time, was Hecky that bled him through then it was Jokanovic's first bit of work to get him on a new deal. He would've gone 100% if Wilder never left. Not saying Sidibe is anything close to Illi but can see something similar there
I don't think you are remembering correctly.
Barnsley wanted him on loan under Hecky:

I’m more gutted about Ndiaye going to Man City and reflecting on what could’ve been.
I like O’Hare but I genuinely think he’s fed up here now (could be wrong) I think we’ve been shoehorning him in on the left and it’s done no good at all. He needs a fresh start and so do we. Good look to him, he a model pro and a good lad… I will have to change my screensaver now though as it’s Cal with my boys currently! Haha.
On the bright side I think it could work in our favour. We are inundated with CM’s. Let’s play a 4-3-3. Phillips running the show and Ollie, Sydie et al stepping up and adding the creativity!

We would need 2 wingers in though before the deadline

Surely this is doable, especially if the rumours about Cannon are to materialise as well. As it stands both Donovan and BBD can play either side. With 2 new editions we’d be well set. And it would give both the players and fans a very timely boost!
