My thoughts would be Rangers with the Liverpool link and Gerrard. Can only see it being a loan and hopefully he smashes it up there and then we can get a much bigger fee next summer. Personally I'd like to see him stay but he's showed little this seaso to suggest he's gonna come good soon. Billy at 35 still looks our best striker at this level, the most determined and the best finisher.

What about we loan them Brewster, they loan us Roofe?

Who would buy Brewster?

Liverpool. £40m. Hoping we had really clever lawyers and the wording of the buy back clause was "you have to buy him back for £40m" and Liverpool didn't read the small print properly, like Internet cookies....they just clicked "accept all".

Billy should have been on at half time, fox in the box and all that, we'd put enough balls into the box, law of average says Billy would have capitalised.
You're right what you say about Brewster, I wonder all the time what's his role, why's he here, yes there's certainly a good player in there, but can we wait any longer for him to materialize ?
