What do you think about match?

Gone for a Blades win as i have no idea which team is going to turn up, and we seem to be good playing as the bookies underdog

I reckon a draw tomorrow, and we won't be too disappointed with that. We looked below our best midweek, and tired. We have had a lot of cup football, too, but with less rotation. So, tired, but a tight unit.

If we slip up tomorrow (has to happen at some point in the run in) we just need to continue to beat the lower half L1 teams as we have been doing to pick up the wins we need to finish top 2.

Swindon and MK are more fluid in attack and easy on the eye, but we are a solid team, with luck going our way at the moment. We do have weaknesses though, it surprises me that one obvious one is not tested/exploited more.

It'll be interesting to see if Nigel is as cagey and men-behind-the-ball as last year down here. It worked for him then. Must be tricky for Cotterill to be sure what X1 you will put out though. His N0 2, John Pemberton, is a Blade though, so he will be pretty clued up!

We have lost 3 league games so far, two of those when down to ten men. Both games were 0:0 at the time of the dismissals. The one at Swindon was in the 3rd minute! So, we have been hard-to-beat with a full team on the pitch.

But there are ways to create chances against us, if you can stick them away, it will be interesting to see how we respond.

We don't expect Sheff Utd to be fazed by playing here tomorrow. Could be a decent game

Surprising fact: this is the only game tomorrow featuring two teams in the top half. Seemed an unlikely scenario to me anyway.

Lets hope for upset city all day tomorrow.

For me a draw is not useful. Its a point we can easy recoup over the next 18 games, so it won't scupper our play-off chances, but it ends our very slim auto chance (I know its not likely but it still is possible). But a good win is three points gained, it could shake Bristol and send a message to Mk and Swindon. So for me I would like to gamble all out for a win, like a cup tie, and accept defeat it thats what happens.

OK if youcould exchange managers and staffwithBrisol City right now each keeping the players they have. Would you?

This is the one game of the season where I feel our usual cautious formation is actually fairly appropriate, which means he'll probably go 4-4-2!.

I'd pick:

Howard
Brayford - Basham - Kennedy - Harris
Doyle - Reed
Adams - Coutts - Murphy
Done

biggest game of the season this afternoon. if we can win this then we're right back in it..
btw i will say biggest game of the season every week now until the end ;)

Foolish I know, but I'm fairly confident that we'll win today.

As long as we go in and look for goals early rather than late I think we'll be fine. But if its goalless at 70+ mins I won't be too calm

Turner,

Brayford Kennedy McEveley Harris

Coutts Basham Doyle Murphy
Baxter
Done.

Good competitive side. Expect a tight game and we'll win it in the last 20 minutes.
Done and Baxter goals.
Baxter MOM.

I wish I was there - long sodding way from Leeds though

Done Murphy

With Brayford and Harris pushing on obviously. It's to tie Little and Bryan up.

Bristol City (3-5-2): Fielding; Ayling, Flint, Williams; Little, Elliott, K Smith, Freeman, Bryan; Emmanuel-Thomas , M Smith. Subs: Saville, Agard, Cunningham, Tavernier, Pack, Wagstaff, Richards (gk).

from Bristol Post

Basham in midfield: meh
No reed in midfield: good move

I want JCR. Oh well.

I expected a loss, hoped for a draw but we ended up getting a win. :)

Well done Blades!
