Interesting to speculate just how many they might bring on Saturday, what with their ongoing Oyston-induced civil war?
See that their crowd last Saturday, home v Rochdale, was down to just 7,000 or so (still, let it be said, not too much below the what the Mighty Wigan got for their first home game of the season v Donny!). But they've always been good travellers, I seem to remember. Recall in particular a Championship game on Boxing Day when they were very well-supported, well-oiled & raucous. They were on the up at that time though - it might indeed have been the season they got promoted to the prem.
Just hope that the club is making (& going to publicise) provision for pay-on-the-day. Could be missing out on some serious income (& atmosphere) if not. I gather there's loads of their lot who don't want to pay a penny into the Oystons' coffers but are willing to do Awaydays if the money goes direct to the host club.
