Stiff test. No place for a 5 minute power nap. Need to be at it for the fulll 90 minutes. Much as I hate Leeds they put a full shift in at the Sty and that has to be our benchmark.
Same team to start and on the fromt foot from the get go.
Another 3 2 ?
Your my wife now Dave.

We certainly have the capability of unlocking there defence and scoring goals against them. However the same could be said of Blackburn and we need to defend for 90 mins, not the 85 of the last two games. Will be there to support the lads as I haven’t been to Blackburn since the 0-0 quarter final. 3pts and a clean sheet would do wonders for us

Blackburns home record is immense unbeaten at home in 25. I'm sure wilder won't think it will be as easy as some on here think.........

Bradley Dack needs man marking for this game - always plays well against us.
Commentator on sky sports said he was at the heart of everything Blackburn did yesterday and scored too.
We take our eyes off Dack and we're in trouble.

They take their eyes off Duffy, Sharp, Norwood and they're in trouble....

Can someone tell me why we are playing on wed again ? and Hull are playing on Tuesday, I suspect something to do with sky ?

Probably something like four Championship games, the rest from last season in L1

Can see us going with 3 centre midfielders, with Duffy being rested - like we have done before, at Hillsborough last year, for example.

This season it’s five, one win (Brentford) and four draws (Millwall, Reading, Villa and Forest). That doesn’t look quite so daunting. In fact, an optimist would say “only one home win all season”

Statistics eh?

Yes they have a very good record at Ewood but have come up like us last season & had a go .See Blackburn as a similar test to away at Brizzle, they play open attacking football like ourselves , could be a very good entertaining game .....nailed on 0-0 now I’ve said that

it's how we roll always have ;)
not worried about this game.. the Hull game though has banana skin written all over it

Number of draws they've had this season, it's a banker draw on Wednesday night, and I'd take a point there.

Bradley Dack has become a real quality player in the last year or so.

He's always had ability, but he seems to have improved further, and his fitness and attitude have also got better. It's all come together for him now and he's already established himself as one of the very best players in the division. I think being at Blackburn away from his bubble has allowed him to concentrate on football.

He's splitting the attacking midfielder/striker role brilliantly. He's scored a lot of real poacher's goals despite not playing as an out and out striker.

We'll have to have eyes on him wherever he is on the pitch. He'll be a major threat, probably more so than any individual opponent so far this season, but I'm looking forward to seeing him play, as well Palmer and Armstrong, who I wanted us to sign, and who would've been an improvement on what we ended up with.

They seem to play a very open attacking game and don’t seem to worry too much about the opposition (same as us).
They regularly create a lot of chances but the opposition always seem to get plenty of chances too.
Could be anything really, should be a high scoring game.

Will probably end up 2-2 but Blackburn are well overdue a home defeat.

It’s the new “red button” facility on Sky Sports.
From this season EVERY mid week Championship game is shown live on Sky, on the red button.

Sky have copied the UEFA Champions League format by splitting the midweek fixtures.
Half are played on a Tuesday and half are played Wednesday.
This gives Sky viewers a bigger selection to watch more games.
It just seems to be bad luck that most are our mid week games have been chosen for the Wednesday slot instead of Tuesday.
