he’s from firth park/ shiregreen isn’t he?This is excellent for a certain fat boy from the manor.
Our porcine neighbours will be really put out by that WHEN it eventually happens.
Would be class if he could do it in the derby at H'boro - realistically, not enough games for him to do it in the derby at BDTBL

But to get on the all time top scorers list (I just found doing a search) he's going to need 240.
So for fun, name somebody already on that list but I'm excluding Keith Edwards from this as it's a 'given'.
(Anybody with 240 goals or more to their name in English football).
All correct answers, I was amazed at Jimmy Greaves stats, absolutely staggering.Guesses of the top of my head:
Dixie Dean
Steve Bull
Ian Rush
Jimmy Greaves
68 goals out of 208 (plus 8 in an earlier spell) constitutes a "majority," does it?
Top "journalism."

Why did he tell him so many times? Didn’t he believe him or summat? My dad worked with Sharps uncle.
Apparently Sharp is from Pitsmoor, that’s what his relative told my dad on many occasions.
Yep!Alan Shearer.
It is a majority.
No, it isn’t.
He’s scored more goals for United than he has for any other club. But the article says that the majority of his goals have come in a United shirt. They haven’t. He’s scored 76 of his 208 goals for us. That means 132 of his goals have been scored for other clubs. So, the majority of his goals have not come in a United shirt.
He would only have scored the majority of his goals for us if he’d bagged more than 104 (half).
I’d have expected a journalist to know this.
You know what they meant.
