Yeah can’t wait to miss out on promotion by a point but be thankful that we’re wise enough to know that actually it doesn’t matter because we already knew the points had been deducted…

That whole club however would do well to remember we've collected the most points in the league. If I'm honest I prefer the limelight on Leeds and Burnley. Leave the media to pull themselves off over them and we'll quietly work our way towards promotion. As you say it's not mattering yet and if it does bite us in the arse then, well, that's life.

I also don't think we should be looking at teams around us for points, personally I'd like us to go out get all the points we can so we don't rely on any other teams dropping points. Obviously it's lovely to see Leeds dropping but it's better for us to be in charge of our own destiny.

Slightly annoying is that getting what you deserve isn’t a punishment equally meted out.

Leicester broke FFP. Yet they seem to avoid punishment by PL and EFL on a technicality.

When Wednesday defrauded the Coop bank I don’t recall any deduction, and that’s non-payment written off, not late payment fully paid. The infamous Tevez affair, not a single point lost. Man City case still dragging on.

It seems fair applies to us and not others.

If the logic is we gained on field success with assets we could not afford then fine, but then what is having your bank write off 16m? What is having to sell your stadium?
 
Based on the remaining fixtures, Leeds have the easiest fixtures. They average about 16th. For us it’s between 13th and 14th. Burnley 11th.

Still, it’s squeaky bum time now. Those at the bottom know they need to lift their game so not unexpected to see an uplift in their performances or downturn in those who are on the beach. Millwall should be that way by the time we play them. Maybe they are already!

Suspect you're right. Injury-time winner, probably, but let's hope QPR can keep them out.
Then we just need Swansea to do us a favour.

Him and Firpo are a big factor offensively. Looking at the positions they get in, I'm surprised they haven't scored more between them

Leeds will replace Bogle if they go up. He's always going to be one of those borderline players. Not quite PL standard due to defensive weakness

Him and championship Leeds is a great fit, him and premier league Leeds no way.
 
I'd be happy to take Frey from QPR if we're still in the championship next season. Impresses me every time I see him
 
Firpo and Bogle were Leeds best players by far, should have never let him go to a promotion rival.

QPR remind me of us under Blackwell, no individual talent at all all, if there is it's just crushed with the system they play. How their keeper, who has the distribution of an comprehensive school keeper, plus their striker are only a step below the prem is mind shattering
